The Shruti Sandhaan Foundation celebrated Janmashtami with patients and caregivers at the Advanced Centre for Cancer Research and Education at Tata Memorial Centre, Kharghar.
The foundation has been conducting musical programs at the centre over the past 18 months, around festivals and national holidays, and each time we are overwhelmed by the participation and enthusiasm of the patients. They sing group songs flawlessly, dance to catchy tunes, and exude positivity throughout the two hours.
Once again, patients and caregivers gathered in large numbers (as shown in the pictures) to enjoy the performances, and it was a morning to remember.
The foundation not only trained interested patients to perform a group song but also distributed utility items (to last a month) to all of them. Fruits were distributed to everyone.
