His success is not limited to his professional life. He is a pillar of strength for his family, a loyal and supportive friend, and a dedicated lifelong learner.

Civil Engineer by profession, Owns a small Professional consulting (Architecture & Engineering) and Real Estate firm. Part of Shruti Sandhaan for the last ten years. Vice President of Raghuvanshi Foundation and Raghuvanshi Samaj Seva Sangh (NGO for providing educational & Medical aid to our Kutchi Lohana community and promoting low-cost housing for economically weaker community sections. Committee member of Pragati Foundation (NGO owning and managing the HIRA MONGI NAVNEET Hospital in Mulund) Committee member of SMPR Education Trust in Mulund. For their development projects, he has rendered honorary architectural services to various schools, Colleges, hospitals, and social organisations. Interested in Music, Sports and Traveling.

He calls himself a Salesman at heart. He has been a part of start-ups for most of his career and loves the grind of launching products, divisions or companies. He is a voracious reader, a fitness enthusiast, a blogger, and a music fanatic (part of Aas Academy since 2017)

Rekha Sangani is a graduate of microbiology, DMLT from Nagpur Government Medical College and holds a diploma in fashion designing and marketing. Rekha Sangani's entrepreneurial journey began with establishing the fashion boutique 'Miraya'. Today, she has expanded her business to the online sphere, operating a successful venture in ladies' fashion and jewellery. Born and brought up in Nagpur in a Gujarati family and was associated with Family Business. Her hobbies include music (which is how she started her association with Shruti Sandhaan), cooking, making friends, exploring, and travelling to new places. Rekha Sangani's profound commitment to social work is a testament to her belief in giving back to society. Her involvement with the Lions Organization, a renowned charitable institution, underscores her dedication to serving those in need. Has been associated with Lions Organization to serve people in need. Rekha Sangani's unwavering belief in women's empowerment has been a driving force in her role as a mentor, empowering 486 women to become entrepreneurs through her Mehendi Art training program.

A B-Com graduate, with Visharad in Bharat Natyam and passion for Hindustani light vocals Associated with Shruthi Sandhaan since 2004. Primarily a homemaker and has been a part of many social organizations for the last 20 years such as Inner Wheel Club of Chembur, Parab Nari Shakti (a women's organization) from 2017 which helps and supports women from all walks of life and The Kutchi Dasa Oswal Youth Organization from 2014. ( bringing the community youth together) .

A Commerce graduate, a full-time homemaker, and a part-time volunteer teacher with an NGO. She loves life, is a die-hard romantic, and is highly passionate about music, friends and family, sarees, plants, her pet and road travel.

A Cost Accountant by qualification but a homemaker at heart. Undertook an interior design course at JJ School of Arts. Part of Shruti Sandhaan for 12 years. Loves music, painting, kathak and reading books. She oversees the finance and accounts section of their architect and engineering business. Has been actively involved in NGO - Hariyali’s work for afforestation, solid waste management and betterment of our environment since 2017.

With a rich and diverse background, she spent 15 years in the banking industry before embarking on a 20-year entrepreneurial journey. Beyond her professional life, she is a fervent music enthusiast and an avid traveller, always seeking new melodies and destinations to explore. Her commitment to community service is evident in her active involvement with various social and spiritual organizations. She has dedicated her time as a volunteer, organizing numerous spiritual and corporate workshops, leaving a positive impact on those around her. Has a hunger to learn new things all the time.

A postgraduate in Management with a specialisation in Human Resources from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research. He is working as Head of learning and development with one of the leading private sector banks in the country. He joined Shruti Sandhaan's Aas Academy in July 2019 and has been learning from Shri Umesh Bipin for five years.

A devoted homemaker, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She was born and raised in Kolkata, the land of great musicians. Her love for music translated into learning to sing much later in life. She has completed over a decade of vocal training under the guidance of Shri Umesh Bipin ji at Shruti Sandhaan. Over the years, she has been associated with many non-profit organisations focussing on the education and well-being of unprivileged children.

She is a homemaker and loves cooking. She has been associated with the Ram Sharan group for 35 years. She is one of the first students of Shruti Sandhaan and has been learning from Shri Umesh Vipin Khare since the academy's inception.

He is an engineer and an entrepreneur and had no knowledge of music in his younger days. As a Chairman of manufacturing and infrastructure projects, he needed more time to follow any other activity. It was his better half who, in a moment of inspiration, suggested he try learning music from Shri Umesh Vipin at Shruti Sandhaan's Aas Academy. Little did they know, this would be the start of a beautiful journey. Seeing his teaching techniques and die-hard perseverance for perfection, He has come to love music as a stress buster and a pure source of joy.

A human resource professional with more than 18 years of experience, she has a penchant for music and is a Shruti Sandhan' Aas Academy student. She firmly believes that "simple acts of kindness are far more powerful than a thousand heads bowing in prayer.”

He is a dedicated entrepreneur in the metal recycling industry, contributing to a sustainable environment by reusing valuable resources. Outside of work, he finds joy and relaxation in music and singing, having been associated with Shruti Sandhan under the able guidance of Shri Umesh Vipin Khare. Music allows him to express himself creatively and unwind from the daily grind of life.

A keen observer of human behaviour and a passionate listener, her personal belief is that these are the very reasons she could muster the courage to enter the world of entrepreneurship. She and her business partner have been running this gifting enterprise for six years. Her background as a math graduate and MBA in finance helped her develop analytical thinking and decision-making skills. The business has taught her more than ever that every day is learning, and yes, we are still waiting to taste the sweet success of a startup. As a proud Shruti Sandhaan’s Aas Academy student, she believes that learning music from this academy has positively contributed to her personal development.
